CURRENT
OPENINGS
WPEL
is currently accepting applications for part-time announcer/newscaster positions
on weekends. We have an opening for a Sunday afternoon/early evening shift
that involved preparing and delivering three top-of-the hour newscasts as well
as operating the controls of the station, giving weather forecasts and making
other announcements. It may be possible to "job share" the
position with another applicant and work every other week.
If you are interested, please contact either Larry Souder (Larry@wpel.org)
or Lloyd Sheldon (Lloyd@wpel.org)
or call 570-278-2811.
