Special Assignment Report for 03/14/26 – PA 4-H Week

Administered by the Penn State Extension, 4H is a nonformal educational youth-development program of the Dept of Agriculture. Though the term 4-H often calls to mind youngsters showing livestock at county fairs, the program does much more and is the Keystone State’s largest youth development organization with clubs in rural communities, towns, suburbs and even large cities.
