26 – Harford Fair – Closing Day – Scholarship Info

Today is the final day of the Harford Fair in Susquehanna County. Though the midway will be packed up…and other exhibitions and booths will be shuttered until next year, the fun, excitement and proceeds will continue in the coming months and into next year.
