The Penn State Extension includes the 4H Youth Development program of Susquehanna County…it offers programs that teach youth about leadership, citizenship and life skills all across Susquehanna County. Each year, 4H-ers participate in community service projects, fundraisers and a variety of other educational and civic activities.
