Since 2010 January has been dedicated as Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month by the President of the United States. In the White House proclamation on Human Trafficking Prevention Month for 2024, is is reported that more than 27 million people worldwide endure the abhorrent abuse of huan trafficking and forced labor…including thousands of people here in the United States.
