The Christian Homeschool Association of Pennsylvania…or CHAP…recently held a conference in Elizabethtown to provide information, training and resources for parents who are already or may be considering homeschooling, as an option for their family. CHAP convention planning members say there are a number of reasons a parent may consider homeschooling.
